Keep it clean and carry on

I don't know about you, but when things get messy around me, my head feels messy as well.

And because it is so much easier for me to clean and organize my house than to organize my thoughts, I usually start with that. And it has a huge impact on my head, thoughts and feelings as well.

Do you find this connection as well?

In a moment of honesty here, I like it when it's clean.

But I can't say I like to clean. It does calm me down (honesty is key, remember that), but I don't like to do that. And most of the time, I don't feel like doing that at all.

But! I really really hate it, sometimes even suffer, when things are dirty and messy.

It just drives me crazy. I can't think, I can't work, can't meditate, can't see clear.

And I really find this connection between the state of the room I'm in and the state of my mind.

And hey, call me crazy (I don't mind), but I feel I am more capable, stronger, and more relaxed

in a clean environment.

So I do the effort to keep my space organized and clean. Every day.

If I'm going to bed and the house is a mess - I swear my sleep is affected.

So I avoid that!

I find cleaning and organizing relaxing sometimes, but if you don't, you can always get help. There are people that can do this work for you - clean your space so you can clean your head.

Does it make sense to you?

So I invite you to clean your head, your bed, your thoughts, your drawers, your lists, your plans... everything that will make you feel better.

It's all about feeling better, right?
